I prefer phase for quick move after u jumped in and did the combo, also is cheap and give more damage to your first.

mana boots are the go-to because hes fairly mana hungry and none of his skills really benefit from damage or attack speed
you can get treads for extra hp though. and soul ring instead of arcanes. zai mostly does it this way. also 3 javelins is overkill. 2 is definitely enough, maybe even 1. because blink is SUPER good on the hero so you dont want to delay it too much.
u dont need 3 javelins
i think 2 will suffice, then u can go blink
after that its either diffusal, mkb, basher, linkens, and u wanna be six slotted with mkb, blink, abyssal, as core, and 2 more situational items out of mjollnir, diffusal, linkens, maybe even crits
ive never gotten to the point where i needed anything else soooo
I think rolling thunders cooldown is first on Icefrogs list. I don’t think there’s an ult with so much potential impact on a lower cooldown

Also arcane boots are superior to treads and phase imo. Or you can get soul ring and keep brown boots.
And I don't see why would you buy lifesteal (maybe vlads), since you don't manfight
Blink is great on him, upgrade one of the javelins to basher is great, even diffusal is great, you can branch off to alot of builds. In general anything that can help you cripple the enemies is good, but you don't manfight, you roll, blink in, swashbuckle out
Not a fan of mkb, but definitely possible on him
your 6slots items looks like
blink mkb abyssal greave shiva and w/e you like (tarasque/linken/bkb/skady/halberd are all great)

I think the hero can be broken with the correct items, just not sure which ones
