personally i individuall bind every meepo from f1 to f5 and have binded 1 to all meepo and 2 to all secondary meepos
i know some players bind groups of meepos to a number but i find that inflexible and creates a bad habit
some fast hands just use tab and autocast, some uses advanced options to hotkey the clones.
you go into advanced settings
set your control groups to 2,3,4,5 etc on wards, in game select all secondary meepos and press ctrl+2 at the same time
set hotkey 1 to select all controlled units
If you have a 5 mouse button you can set switching between selected unit to MOUSE 4 and MOUSE 5 instead of TAB and NOT SET.
Also this helped me a lot while playing with Visage (fast stone form when my familiars are hurt).
If you never played Starcraft or Warcraft, or other RTS, you will have huge difficulties in micro and will have to you use 7 control groups.
If you played those games and were decent in mirco go 3 control groups.
1- main meep
2- all other units
3- all units
Your aim is to get BoT/Treads + Dragon Lance + Blink under 15 min mark. Preferably 12-13. And then start ganking. After that build depends. But usually i go Scepter into hex and skadi. Some people skip scepter for early hex. As a mid meepo rushing hex is fine, cos you have higher lvl that you would have from safe lane, so you probably have 4 meepos already at that time. (around 20-22 min mark)

What Do I need to set up on my options to play meepo?? Like the quickcast but besides from that I Know nothing more
